Programme Overview
Holistic Movement Science Approach
The programme aims to develop a deeper understanding of kinesiology and its impact on human functioning at various levels throughout the lifespan. Students are trained in the use of modern technological tools for analyzing, solving, and presenting kinesiological problems. The curriculum integrates exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, injury prevention, nutrition, and chronic disease management to provide a holistic understanding of kinesiology as both a scientific discipline and its practical applications. It is specifically tailored for graduates in sports science, kinesiology, health sciences, physical therapy, biology, and related fields, as well as anyone interested in promoting human health and performance through evidence-based movement science.
Hands-On Professional Training
Students develop knowledge and skills for in-depth professional understanding of human movement analysis, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and health promotion. The programme empowers and equips future professionals through extensive hands-on laboratory practicum, field visits, and practical experiences in modern facilities. Graduates are prepared for roles as sports kinesiologists, rehabilitation specialists, fitness consultants, athletic trainers, sport analysts, researchers, and public health professionals working with athletes, patients with chronic diseases, and individuals seeking active lifestyles. The training develops the ability to work with individuals and groups across various kinesiology contexts, from elite sports to clinical rehabilitation and community wellness programs.
Career Pathways in Health and Performance
This programme is tailored for graduates from kinesiology, sports science, health sciences, physical therapy, biology, bioengineering, and related fields, preparing them for effective work in sports science, rehabilitation centers, wellness facilities, public health organizations, and research institutions. Graduates will be equipped to promote active lifestyles, combat physical inactivity, and apply innovative kinesiological solutions that improve quality of life across the human lifespan. The programme also provides a strong foundation for those pursuing doctoral studies or research careers in movement science.
